GBM Graduate Trainee

This route was previously known as the Intra-Company Graduate Trainee visa.

Eligibility for the Graduate Trainee Visa
To be eligible for the Graduate Trainee visa route, you must:

• Have been working for the overseas company for at least 3 months prior to the date of application.
• Score a total of 60 points – the Certificate of Sponsorship must confirm the job you will be sponsored for, and the role must be eligible under Appendix Skilled Occupation.
• Be paid a salary of at least £23,100 or at least 70% of the going rate for the occupation, whichever is higher.
• You are not required to satisfy the English language requirement.

If successful, you will be issued with a 12-month visa.

Application Costs

• £319 Home Office application fee
• Annual Immigration Health Surcharge: £1,035 per year

In addition to these fees, you are typically expected to have at least £1,270 in a personal account to show that you can financially support yourself.
