Commercial Property Solicitor/Executive - Portsmouth

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent skills and experience to work at our Portsmouth office managing a caseload of Commercial property files including acquisition and sale of commercial premises, licenses, site acquisitions, rentals and contracts.
The Ideal Candidate
An experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property matters and the ability to run their own caseload, is pro-active, has excellent client care skills and the ability to promote the office, successfully develop business connections, bring on new clients and expand the current workload.

The role is full time (35 hours per week).
