Head of Residential Conveyancing – North End

The role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Residential Conveyancing to work at our North End office. Managing a very well-regarded conveyancing team consisting of 34 staff across 7 offices.

The Ideal Candidate

A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who has demonstrable technical ability as a residential conveyancer and in residential conveyancing compliance, experience of managing a team and excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.

Experience in CQS applications/audits, lender and land registry management, desirable but not essential.

The role is full-time position working 35 hours per week.

Deputy Head of Residential Conveyancing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head of Residential Conveyancing. Supporting the leadership of a very well-regarded conveyancing team consisting of 34 staff across 7 offices. This role may be based at one of our offices with the need to attend other offices for meetings and supervision purposes.

The Ideal Candidate

A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who has demonstrable technical ability as a residential conveyancer and in residential conveyancing compliance, experience in supervising others and excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
