Adam Manning

Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor

Adam has been a practising lawyer for over twenty years and has a great deal of experience dealing with a broad range of legal matters. He qualified as a Solicitor in April 2000.

Throughout his career, Adam has enjoyed dealing with a range of contentious issues of all sorts, including boundary disputes and "nasty neighbour" cases, disputes involving estates and probate, harassment problems and professional negligence, including claims against Solicitors and Accountants.

One area that Adam particularly enjoys is landlord and tenant law, and regularly advises landlords who are having difficulties with tenants, for example if they are in arrears of rent.

In addition, he also has a great deal of experience in dealing with personal injury claims of all sizes, including those involving the most serious injuries.

Adam is an experienced and accomplished advocate at Court, having dealt with a diversity of hearings of all types, including trial.

Outside of the office, Adam is the Chairman of Friends of Weston Shore, a local community group that looks after a beach on the south coast of Hampshire. He is the founder of Green Hampshire, an online resource that promotes similar events around the county. In addition, he is a member of the British Interplanetary Society, a space advocacy group, and has given several talks on Space Law, an area of academic interest.
