Trainee Solicitor
Phoebe is a Trainee Solicitor in our Court of Protection Department and is based in the North End office. She joined Biscoes in 2022 as our Costings Clerk and accepted a Trainee Solicitor role in 2023.
Phoebe can advise on:
- Court of Protection Applications – including s.21A challenges, s.16 welfare matters, Local Authority work and Official Solicitor work
- Deputyships – includes both Finance & Property and Health & Welfare
- Legal Aid – including drafting Legal Aid bills, appealing Legal Aid bill reductions, Legal Help billing and general advice
