David is a Licenced Conveyancer working in the residential conveyancing team. David qualified in 2016 and joined Biscoes in 2020. David splits his time between the Petersfield and Waterlooville offices and is happy to meet clients in either location.
David can advise on:
- Sales of residential property and land – including high-value flats, garden land and probate sales
- Purchases of residential property – including shared ownership, help to buy and new build properties
- Land registry applications – including removal of restrictions, claims for adverse possession and first registrations
