Yasmin Peel
Yasmin is a Solicitor in our Inheritance Protection Department. She joined the firm in September 2023.
Yasmin attended the University of Law where she obtained a first-class LLB law degree and a distinction in her Masters in Professional Legal Practice. Yasmin qualified as a solicitor in March 2023 but has worked within the legal sector since 2018.
Yasmin is multi-disciplined being able to advise on both Inheritance Protection and Criminal Defence matters.

- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- EPA Registrations
- Lifetime Gifting and Inheritance Tax
- Probate
Criminal Defence:
- Magistrates Court (privately paying only, not legally aided) – representing clients for plea hearings, sentence hearings, plea before venue (for either-way offences) and trials
- Court Martial (privately paying or under legal aid) – defending service personnel accused of criminal offences
