Taya is a dedicated Trainee Solicitor in the Child Care department, with aspirations of qualifying as a solicitor.

She holds a law degree and has recently completed her Master’s in Professional Legal Practice alongside the LPC at the University of Law. With over five years of experience in the legal field, Taya brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to child care law. She is passionate about supporting families and excited to continue developing her career in this vital area.

Taya can assist with:

  • The Public Law Outline (PLO) process and Children’s Services involvement
  • Care proceedings – supporting parents involved in court proceedings concerning children where Children’s Services are involved
  • Special Guardianship Orders
  • Section 20 “Voluntary Accommodation”
  • Discharge of care orders

Beyond the Desk
Outside of work, Taya enjoys shopping, travelling, and spending time with her beloved sausage dog, Dobby.
