Stephanie Bellchambers

Stephanie is a Director based at our head office in Portsmouth and is one of only a small number of solicitors in the UK who specialises in fertility law and surrogacy as well as Collaborative Working and working as one lawyer for a couple, as well as all of the traditional family legal services.

Stephanie has worked exclusively in family law for well over two decades and has extensive experience in the full range of family services. Stephanie aims to provide an approachable yet steadfast service to everyone she sees. She prides herself on being understandable yet clear in providing the necessary advice and helping to achieve the desired outcomes.

As a Resolution trained Collaborative lawyer and one couple, one lawyer, she thrives on helping families move forward with solutions that meet their needs empowering them to take control of their decision making and avoiding the court process. 

Stephanie is also the firm's Deputy COLP, assisting in ensuring that the firm is complying and up to date with the SRA's regulations. She is therefore meticulous and thorough in the way she approaches her work.

In her spare time, Stephanie is chief taxi driver for her 3 boys taking them to all of their activities and planning their next travel adventure.
