Sasha Brady

Sasha joined Biscoes in June 2023 and qualified as a solicitor in June 2025.

She is a member of our Corporate Department, where she advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including business acquisitions and disposals, company restructures, shareholders agreements and cross option agreements.

Sasha is particularly passionate about helping businesses future-proof their operations. She works closely with clients to build frameworks that support long-term growth, adaptability, and risk management. Sasha is committed to ensuring her clients are well-positioned for sustainable success.

Away from the desk, Sasha enjoys spending time with her family and her cats.
