Sasha Brady

Sasha is a Corporate Solicitor who advises business owners on succession planning, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and business protection. She provides practical, straightforward advice to help businesses grow, protect their interests and plan confidently for the future.

Sasha holds an LL.B (Hons) and LL.M and qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in June 2025. 

Her work includes advising on shareholders' agreements, business succession planning, share transfers, company reorganisations and cross-option agreements. Sasha regularly supports business owners in putting robust structures in place to protect their businesses and provide certainty for shareholders, directors and their families.

Known for her approachable manner, Sasha believes in explaining complex legal matters in clear, accessible language, ensuring clients understand their options and can make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, Sasha is a proud mum who enjoys spending time with her fiancé, son and two cats. Weekends are often spent exploring new places, visiting local attractions and making family memories.
