Sultana Ali

Sultana Ali joined Biscoes in October 2017 as an Immigration Solicitor and now leads the firm’s Immigration Department.

With extensive experience in both Business and Private Immigration matters, Sultana advises a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.

Her particular focus lies in supporting businesses with:

• Obtaining and maintaining sponsor licences
• Hiring overseas skilled workers
• Ensuring compliance with sponsorship duties

Sultana regularly collaborates with HR professionals and has delivered training on Right to Work checks, helping organisations stay compliant and informed.

She is a Level 2 Senior Accredited Caseworker in Immigration and Asylum Law with the Law Society and supervises complex cases. Sultana also represents clients in appeals before both the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Asylum and Immigration Chamber).

Sultana is a proud member of the Immigration Practitioner’s Association, staying up to date with the latest developments in immigration law.

Did You Know?

Outside of work, Sultana is an avid surfer and traveller with a deep interest in cultural history. She enjoys a wide range of sports and is fluent in English, Mirpuri, Urdu, and German.
