Paul Blakey

Paul Blakey is a Senior Associate in Biscoes' Dispute Resolution team and a Chartered Legal Executive with more than 25 years' experience advising clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters.

He specialises in landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate claims and property disputes, providing practical and commercially focused advice to both individuals and businesses.

Paul has extensive experience in both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, as well as boundary disputes, contractual disputes and claims involving estates and trusts. His breadth of experience enables him to guide clients through challenging and often complex situations with a pragmatic approach that remains focused on achieving the best possible outcome. 

Before entering private practice, Paul worked within the legal departments of a high street bank and an insurance company. This diverse background, combined with over two decades in practice, gives him a broad understanding of the legal and commercial issues affecting his clients.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys going to the theatre, visiting the cinema and keeping active at the gym.
