Michael French

Michael French is a private client paralegal and a History graduate with some 28 years’ experience of private client work since 1977.

Michael can advise on:

• Wills - Advising on and preparing Wills;
• Grant of Probate – undertaking the preparation of all forms required to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration (where someone dies without a Will) including advising on Inheritance Tax;
• Administration of a Deceased’s Estate – undertaking all work required to obtain a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration and thereafter the realisation of the Deceased’s assets, settlement of all debts and the distribution of the Deceased’s net assets;
• Powers of Attorney
• Deeds of Variation and other legal instruments.

Did you know:

Michael’s interests are history (in particular the Protestant Reformation, Naval and Maritime history), visiting National Trust properties and occasional travel to the Netherlands – the history of which has interested Michael since university days.
