Lucy is a CILEX Chartered Paralegal within the Family Department, providing advice and support to clients facing some of the most challenging times in their lives.

With over 17 years’ experience in family law and her CILEX qualification, Lucy brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to her role.

She is highly motivated, organised, and thrives on new challenges. Lucy is committed to delivering work to the highest standard while maintaining exceptional client care at all times. Areas of Expertise

• Children Matters – Advising and supporting parents and family members in relation to child arrangements, parental responsibility, and other issues arising following the breakdown of a relationship.
• Protective Injunctions – Assisting individuals in obtaining urgent protection through Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders, providing practical guidance and support throughout the process.
• Divorce and Financial Settlements – Helping clients navigate the divorce process and achieve fair resolutions regarding finances, property, pensions, and other assets.
• Change of Name Deeds – Preparing and drafting Change of Name Deeds for adults and children, ensuring the process is completed efficiently and accurately.

Beyond the Desk

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her husband and two spaniels travelling in their converted campervan. Lucy also enjoys being active at the gym, wakeboarding and hiking.
