Kieran joined the care/vulnerable client team as a Trainee Legal Executive in April 2023 having previously worked at another local firm in the same area of expertise since 2010.
Kieran is passionate about this area of law and particularly his clients and always aim to provide an honest, genuine and friendly approach to every client’s case.
Kieran has experience in cases ranging from Non-Accidental Injury to child neglect.
Kieran can advise on:
- The Public Law Outline (PLO) process and Children’s Services Involvement – advising parents when issues with a PLO Letter – before Court proceedings
- Care Proceedings – acting for parents in court proceedings concerning Children where children’s services are involved.
- Emergency Protection Orders – advising parents in relation to emergency applications where children are at immediate risk of harm
- Special Guardianship Orders
- Section 20 “Voluntary Accommodation”
- Discharge/Revocation of Care/Placements Orders
