Jenny is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Court of Protection Team. Prior to joining Biscoes, Jenny trained in and spent fourteen years working within various local authority legal teams. She was a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health and Disability Committee between 2017-2020. Most recently, Jenny was Senior Solicitor Team Leader for Litigation, including adult social care.
Jenny can advise on:
- Court of Protection – applications including Deprivation of Liberty (both challenges under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Court of Protection applications for authorisation required in community placements) and other health and welfare matters.
- Care Act 2014 – adult social care matters including Care Act assessments.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys sport and is a trustee of an inclusive cycling charity.
