Based in our Devon and Cornwall office in the historic town of Tavistock, Holly Aitken is a solicitor specialising in Court of Protection matters.

Holly can provide expert legal support to individuals and families navigating complex issues around mental capacity and decision-making.

• Applications under Section 16 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (personal welfare and financial decisions)
• Challenges under Section 21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (deprivation of liberty safeguards)
