Emma Bailey brings over 20 years of experience in secretarial, assistant, and paralegal roles within residential conveyancing. She also has valuable insight into new build and plot property transactions.

Emma is currently completing the final module of her Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer qualification, with plans to apply for her first qualifying licence in Spring 2026.

Emma works alongside Licensed Conveyancer David Clarke at our Lake House Office, providing skilled support across all areas of residential property transactions. Her responsibilities include:

• Drafting and preparing sale contract packs
• Reporting on mortgage offers
• Coordinating exchanges and completions
• Managing accounts duties
• Handling Stamp Duty submissions and Land Registry registrations

Emma’s attention to detail and dedication to client service make her a trusted and valued member of the conveyancing team.
