Courtney deals with corporate matters, acting for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
Courtney prides herself on being on hand for her clients as a trusted advisor, providing commercial and practical solutions.
On business and company sales and purchases, Courtney handles mergers, acquisitions and management buy-outs, whether structured as asset or share sales. Courtney advises clients in respect of Non-Disclosure Agreements, assists with the legal due diligence process, advises in relation to warranties and indemnities, disclosure and restrictive covenants.
Whilst Courtney enjoys advising well established clients she also enjoys working with start-ups, enabling her to watch her client’s business grow.
Courtney works closely with her colleagues that specialise in employment and commercial property matters, to offer a full range of services to her clients, throughout their transaction.
