Courtney specialises in advising and providing solutions to business owners. Her work includes buying and selling businesses, dealing with restructuring of companies, advising directors, drafting shareholders or joint venture agreements and negotiating commercial contracts.
On business and company sales and purchases, Courtney handles mergers, acquisitions and management buy-outs, whether structured as asset or share sales. On business sales and purchases, Courtney advises clients in respect of all aspects, including advising in relation to Non-Disclosure Agreements, warranties and indemnities, disclosure and restrictive covenants.
Courtney acts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. Courtney prides herself on being on hand for her clients as a trusted advisor, providing commercial and practical solutions.
Whilst Courtney enjoys advising well established clients she also enjoys working with start-ups, enabling her to watch her client’s business grow.
