Alice Worrall

Alice joined the firm in 2015 and is now an Associate Solicitor within our Inheritance Protection department.

With nearly a decade of experience, Alice provides clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients on a range of private client matters.

She regularly advises clients with complex family structures, business interests and substantial estates, ensuring that their personal, financial and commercial goals are met with discretion and precision.

Her areas of expertise include:

• Wills – Drafting tailored wills to suit a wide range of circumstances, including high-value estates, blended families, and succession planning through life interest and discretionary trust wills.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney – Advising on, preparing, and registering Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare LPAs. Alice has a particular focus on Business Lasting Powers of Attorney, helping business owners protect their operations and interests should they become unable to act.
• Probate and Estate Administration – Guiding families through the legal and practical steps following a death, including obtaining Grants of Probate, administering estates, and ensuring the wishes of the deceased are carried out efficiently and respectfully.

Alice is known for her approachable and empathetic manner, ensuring clients feel supported throughout what can often be sensitive and emotional matters.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending quality time with her young daughters and extended family.
