Alison Lee
Managing Director
Alison started with the firm in 1992 and has been a partner/director of the firm since 1998. She took up the role of Managing Director in April 2015. She acts as the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and Complaints Director.
In addition to being a Director of Biscoes, Alison is a Director at LawNetUK, and Shaping Portsmouth. Alison is also a Trustee of the Portsmouth charity ‘Pompey in the Community’.
Alison spent 25 years practising family law and more specifically, care and adoption work. Alison now heads our Court of Protection team and can advise on:
- Deputyship applications
- Matters in the Court of Protection
- Section 21A Deprivation of Liberty applications
- Financial abuse by Attorneys or Deputies
- Trustee Applications
- Statutory Wills
- Financial Disputes
