Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer (Maternity Cover)

A superb opportunity for a Probate Solicitor/lawyer to join a growing law firm with 7 offices along the South Coast who pride themselves in providing a professional approach in a friendly environment

The role is full time (35 hours per week) and for a fixed term until end of July 2019 to cover a period of maternity leave for a Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer at our Wickham branch managing a caseload consisting of Will Writing, Probates, LPA’s and Estate Planning.  Ideally you will have at least three years’ experience, good academic qualifications and a willingness to become a committed member of our successful team.  STEP qualifications would be preferred but not essential.

Staff bonus scheme based on fee targets.

Conveyancer/ Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancing Legal Executive – Petersfield

A superb opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a growing law firm with 7 offices along the South Coast and Isle of Wight who pride themselves in providing a professional approach in a friendly environment.

Biscoes Solicitors is historically one of the long serving Portsmouth based firms that merged in 1994. The firm has continued to grow over the years and moves confidentially into the 21st Century, whilst remaining steadfastly committed to the provision of a traditional and locally based legal service.

We are seeking either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join our Petersfield office, who is able to work with minimal supervision and run a caseload from initial instruction through to post completion. Ideally, you will have 3 years’ PQE within a residential property role, be confident and able to develop business connections, bring on new clients as well as build relationships with the local estate agencies.

The successful candidate will be pro-active, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully network and market and a willingness to become a committed member of our successful team.
