Buy to Let can be done as a single one-off transaction by an individual looking to invest money, or by a more commercial investor with a large portfolio of properties. Whether the investment is big or small it is important to ensure that the legal title, environmental matters, management matters (if Leasehold or on an Estate Development) are fully investigated so that you have the full picture as to whether this purchase is right for you, and will indeed work for you, giving you a profitable return.

Buy to Let and HMO lending has become something more of a niche offering in recent years and so we liaise with any Lender to ensure that the Lender’s requirements can be met by both you (as the Borrower) and the Property (as the security for the loan).  Some Lenders will only allow certain Solicitors, who are on their approved panel (as Biscoes is), to deal with transactions on their behalf.
