Melanie is Head of the Residential Property Department covering the firm’s seven offices.
Melanie has over 30 years’ experience of dealing with a wide variety of residential property work. She qualified in 1989. She offers a practical approach to her clients and always tries to find a solution to a problem.

Melanie is a Committee Member of the local Portsmouth Property Group and maintains relationships with local property professionals.

Melanie enjoys travelling to foreign destinations. Now that she is no longer a taxi service for her teenage daughter, she has time to enjoy her passion for travel and exploring the world! She is also a keen netball player, enjoys going to the theatre and going for long walks especially if it near the sea or Old Winchester Hill.
