Kate Sharp is a Trainee Solicitor working within the Inheritance Protection Team. Kate worked as a paralegal for 8 years prior to commencing her Legal Practice Course and Training Contract.
Under the supervision of Tim Gamester, Kate can advise on:
- Wills- Advising on and preparing Wills for individuals or couples.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney – advising on, preparing and registering both Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Grant of Probate- applications for Grants of Probate (if there is a Will) or Letters of Administration (where someone dies without a Will).
- Administration of Deceased estates – dealing with the entire administration of the estate from the date of death.
Kate enjoys long walks in the countryside with her dog and watching rugby with friends.
