COVID-19 Update

Our offices are open by appointment only for new and existing clients.

The pandemic has been challenging for all of us and we are proud to have been able to continue serving clients throughout the three lockdowns and tier restrictions over the last year.

Now that the roadmap out of lockdown is underway, we are pleased to be able to welcome clients back to our offices once again for pre-arranged appointments only, with safeguards in place.  Please arrange an appointment in advance and attend at the allocated time when you will be met at the door. 

If you have a booked appointment, you will have been contacted to complete a screening questionnaire before attending. 

We have conducted a thorough coronavirus risk assessment and from this implemented a Covid-19 secure working policy to ensure the safety of both staff and clients.

Our staff are working from home and our offices. We would like to reassure our clients that robust home-working procedures are in place and our business continues to operate as usual. Our files are electronic and our staff have full access to their client matters.

Unfortunately, the following offices remain closed for client appointments for the time being, until we feel that they are safe to open within the guidelines:

Gosport

Our Gosport office remains closed, however we can still receive post sent to that address.

Phone & video appointments remain available for your convenience.

Some clients have told us that they prefer the convenience of a phone or video appointment, so they are here to stay. Some of our staff will continue to work from home, so please do continue to use the main office and direct dial numbers for the staff member you wish to contact and you will be put through to them.

All of our offices can receive and distribute the incoming post, however, email contact is still the most effective form of communication where possible.

Appointments and Client Meetings

Please do not attend if you are unwell or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 symptoms.

As In line with Government requirements, visitors to our buildings will need to wear a face covering, unless they are exempt from doing so. Please do not visit our offices if you do not have a pre-arranged appointment with a member of staff.

Post and dropping off documents

If you need to hand deliver hardcopy documents to our offices, please mark clearly who they are for and post through the letterbox. We will agree with you how original documents will be returned to you and this will usually be by recorded post. Post and deliveries to our offices continue to be regularly checked and dealt with.

Whilst we apologise for any inconvenience caused, the health and safety of our staff and of our clients must take priority at this challenging time.
