Covid 19 (Coronavirus) Update

We find ourselves in an unprecedented situation with the Coronavirus pandemic affecting each of us, our families, businesses and communities. We know that all our clients will be experiencing uncertainty, and at these times it is more important than ever to keep in touch and look out for one another. We wanted to update you on how operations are running at Biscoes and how we can help you over the coming weeks.

We can confirm our offices are now closed. We’re working hard to ensure that we continue to support all of our valued clients as usual. Having adopted smart working practices some time ago, our lawyers are able to operate remotely largely as normal. The only aspect of our work that has changed is that we cannot conduct face to face meetings in our offices at this time. If you have a meeting scheduled with one of our lawyers, we will contact you in advance to talk through your preferences of alternative ways to contact us, but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any doubts or queries in the meantime by calling 02392 660261 or emailing

If you did have a court hearing or tribunal hearing already scheduled we will be contacting you to let you know if this is going ahead and if so how it will be conducted remotely. No face to face hearings are currently taking place.

Finally, we will have limited contact with friends, family and colleagues over the next few weeks and at Biscoes we feel we have a duty to keep up morale at what may be a challenging time. We will be active on our social media channels, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook…

On behalf of Biscoes , please stay safe and well.
