The Civil Litigation Department is primarily based at our Head Office at Kingston Crescent in Portsmouth, but we will arrange for any of our Lawyers to attend at any Branch Office convenient to our clients or, indeed, home visits may be arranged if appropriate.

Civil litigation work is extremely varied, however, it normally results from disputes arising from another person's negligence.

We are also able to offer mediation to settle a dispute. This is a voluntary, confidential process that uses a neutral third party to help the parties in dispute to come to a mutual agreement without having to go to court. It is much quicker and less costly than the court process.
