Tim read law at Kingston University in 2002 and subsequently studied the Legal Practice Course at the Guildford College of Law. He originally joined Biscoes as a Para-legal in 2004 and went on to train with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in January 2007 to become a permanent member of the Probate department.
He now specialises in Wills, Trusts, and Administration of Estates and advises clients on inheritance tax and Estate Planning. He also handles a variety of other matters such as the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
He frequently attends clients at home or in hospitals in order to take their instructions.
Outside of work Tim enjoys socialising with friends and is keen on football, movies and keeping fit.
