Sophie joined Biscoes in May 2016 as a Paralegal with the Private Client department.  She has subsequently qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in November 2017 and in January 2018 qualified as a Solicitor specialising in Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Sophie is able to assist you in the following:

  • Preparing your Will in accordance with your wishes and assisting you in relation to any queries you have regarding protecting your estate against remarriage, inheritance tax and care home fees.
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney to help safeguard against the unfortunate event that you are unable to operate your property and financial affairs and also to reflect your wishes in relation to your Health and Welfare
  • The administration of estates and obtaining grants of representation.

In her spare time Sophie enjoys going Swimming, Ballet dancing and Yoga as well as going to the theatre to see musicals.  She also enjoys going on long walks at the seaside with her husband and their Greyhound Lurcher X Spotty.
