Roger Salvetti

Partner and Head of Commercial Department

As partner in charge of the Commercial Department, Roger is a Member of the local Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Directors, Business Exchange and Federation of Small Businesses, a founder Member of the Solent & Wessex Civil Mediation Group, Bere Forest Housing Association, Chesapeake Mill Building Preservation Trust and a former Governor at Wickham Primary School

He is a fully trained Civil Mediator to Civil Mediation Council standards with forty years of experience in the Law.  He attends Planning Meetings with local District Judges to expand the use of Mediation to resolve Civil and Commercial Disputes in a more costs effective and timely way.  He has assisted participants to resolve Disputes as far ranging as exclusions from an exclusive Sports Club with associated damage to reputation to agreeing new terms of a Declaration of Trust varying beneficial interests to avoid Orders for Sale between generations of the same family.

In addition to commercial matters, Roger deals with Wills, Probate and IHT avoidance matters.

Roger enjoys country living, tennis, theatre, informal dining out and live music (blues and traditional r'n'b).
