Richard heads Biscoes Litigation and Personal Injury Department.

He has 27 years experience in acting for members of the Public, employees, patients and members of the Armed Services in all manner of personal injury claims including for those who have sustained injuries in or as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents at work (including repetitive strain injuries, stress and disease related claims) as well as in Public Liability cases and in medical, clinical and professional negligence claims, travel and sports injury cases.

Richard's expertise also extends to Public Law, Private and Commercial Contract Disputes, Litigation over Wills and Probate, including Inheritance Act and Trustees of Land claims.

Specialist expertise

  • Personal injury cases arising from Road Traffic accidents, Work Place and Public Liability Claims. These claims, including asbestos/mesothelioma and pneumonitis.
  • Acting for Members of the Armed Services.
