Mathew Smith advises in relation to employment matters for both employee and employer providing practical advice to both.   In addition Mathew advises on a variety of Personal Injury and Contentious Inheritance matters.

Mathew joined Biscoes in March 2000 and became a partner in 2002.

Mathew is also an ADR Accredited Mediator in the Workplace.

Mathew is a member of the Ethics Executive Committee and also a Co-Opted Trustee for the Rowans Hospice. 

He enjoys playing squash and badminton, all types of music, renovating own home and garden, and anything else to chill out after a long day at work, eg. jumping out of a plane at 13,500 feet for charity!
