Kevin Richardson

Chartered Legal Executive

Kevin was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives on the 11th June 2001, although he has 20 years practical experience in General Civil Litigation matters and in particular, Personal Injury, Landlord and Tenant and Applications under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act, having worked in the law since leaving school at 16 years of age. He has been employed at Biscoes since March 1998 where he specialises in Personal injury litigation and in particular Trade Union accident claims and injuries at work.

As a result of his extensive practical knowledge of the law and Court procedure, the conducting of litigation claims are made simple and easy for clients to understand.

Outside of work Kevin enjoys reading and listening to music, he is also a keen follower of Portsmouth Football Club and was instrumental in the firm becoming a community partner of the club.
