Jane Hodge

Director, Solicitor, Family & Sports Law

Jane is a lawyer with 25 years experience in a variety of areas of law.

A partner since 2007, she is currently specialising in Immigration and Sports Law following her passion for sport and particularly football. As a Director of Gosport Borough Football Club in the National League South she has relevant personal experience of the variety of legal issues and challenges that football provides.

In addition to football, Jane can advise and assist of regulatory issues for clubs and associations in any sport and as an experienced advocate, she can represent players and clubs in disciplinary hearings.

Jane is a member of the British Association of Sports Lawyers

Specialising in both personal and business immigration, Jane can advise companies and employers and their compliance with Home Office regulations and individuals regarding personal applications.

As Vice chairman of Forces Law, an organisation dedicated to providing specialist legal advice to the armed forces, Jane can also offer expertise in Armed Forces Pensions on divorce, Military Crime and Courts Martial.

Outside of office hours, Jane is a keen football fan, a life long Pompey support and currently heavily involved in non-league football as she is the treasurer of Gosport Borough Football Club in the Football conference South league. Going to away games gives her the chance to visit more unusual parts of the UK and often combines an away game with a mini break weekend!

Living in the new Forest, she loves the country life, walking and cycling and gardening, baking cakes and cooking for friends and family.
