Jack Archer

Solicitor

I qualified in my LPC at Guildford in 2015 with electives in Advanced Property Law, Employment Law and Personal Injury. I started as a trainee at Gurney-Champion & Co in September 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.

I specialise in commercial property law and working with SMEs. I deal with matters such as lease extensions, enfranchisement, buying and selling properties, licences to assign, rent disputes, rent reviews, business sales, deeds of variation, subletttings and remortgages.

In my spare time I have a keen interest in music, football, socialising and gaming. I think the golden ages of music were in the 60s and in the 90s.  I like reading novels and I enjoy playing guitar as a hobby.
