Franca qualified as a solicitor in 1986.
Although originally from North Yorkshire, she has worked in the south since 1984.
Franca specialises in Family Law and is an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Panel and is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist specialising in Private Law Children matters and Domestic Abuse.
For a number of years Franca has been actively involved in issues around Domestic Abuse. She is a member of a local Refuge Management Committee, sits on a domestic abuse forum and delivers domestic abuse awareness raising training and other training revolving around abuse issues.
Franca heads Biscoes specialist Domestic Abuse Team which was formed in 2006 and remains committed to raising awareness in whatever ways she can. She is happy to give talks/presentations to other agencies/groups etc.
Franca can help with non-molestation and occupation applications, children matters (eg contact and residence), divorce and finances.
Franca enjoys nothing more than a free day rock climbing or scuba diving.
