Temporary Records Administrator

We are seeking a pro-active and methodical person to support a project based at our Portsmouth office. Within this role you will be responsible for reconfiguring the storage of our Wills. You will be required to enter, check and maintain information and records on the database using cross indexing of documents in alphabetical and chronological order to aid future retrieval.

The successful candidate will be efficient in using Excel and have excellent communication skills enabling you to reply to enquiries from colleagues efficiently.

The role is full time (35 hours per week) and will initially be for a fixed term of 8 weeks.

Legal Secretary – Family   

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Family Department to be based at our Wickham office. Working directly with a fee earner you will support them in all day to day activities to include preparing bundles, liaising with clients and third parties, requesting reports, diary management, filing whilst ensuring that all files are kept in order and compliant with Lexcel quality standards.

The role will entail the utilisation of audio typing, so a high degree of letter layout and formatting will be required. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, be highly organised with excellent time management skills, be proficient in IT skills and be motivated and hard working.

The successful candidate will be highly professional with a proactive can do attitude and hold a minimum of 1 year experience within a Family law department. You will provide assistance to the team ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary to enable them to deliver a high quality service to their clients.

The role is full time (35 hours per week) and for a fixed term until end of January 2018 to cover a period of maternity leave.
