Senior Conveyancer – Float
A superb opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing law firm with 6 offices along the South Coast who pride themselves in providing a professional approach in a friendly environment.
We are seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join the Residential Conveyancing Team who is able to work with minimal supervision. The main purpose of this role is to provide cover for your colleague’s case-load during their absence and it is therefore essential that the successful candidate is able to perform the full range of tasks associated with the conveyancing process and required time-scales within a high volume residential conveyancing environment.
As a Senior Conveyancer, you be able to effectively provide support to the team as and when required across all 6 offices, therefore your own transportation is required together with an expectation and willingness to strengthen our client relationships to ensure a smooth continued service to all stakeholders during the fee earners absence.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE within a residential property role, able to work to meet strict deadlines, be pro-active, have excellent client care skills and a willingness to become a committed member of our successful team.

2 x Legal Secretary – Family
We are seeking two experienced Legal Secretaries to join our Family Department to be based at our Wickham and Gosport offices. Working directly with a fee earner you will support them in all day to day activities to include preparing bundles, liaising with clients and third parties, requesting reports, diary management, filing whilst ensuring that all files are kept in order and compliant with Lexcel quality standards.
The role will entail the utilisation of audio typing, so a high degree of letter layout and formatting will be required. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, be highly organised with excellent time management skills, be proficient in IT skills and be motivated and hard working.
The successful candidates will be highly professional with a proactive can do attitude and hold a minimum of 1 year experience within a Family law department. You will provide assistance to the team ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary to enable them to deliver a high quality service to their clients.
